Walmart

While we usually shop online with Walmart, this is our go to store since we're familiar with the store's layout from when we used to live in the neighborhood. It's always had exactly what we were looking for, and sometimes things we weren't. Everyone always has a smile. They have a great grocery section with lots of food at wonderful prices. This part of the store is always crowded, but is generally well stocked. With the economy as it is, saving any money is crucial. The store brand is quality.

I usually love coming to this Walmart due to them having more items here then at my Walmart closer to home, what I didn’t like today my experience was not so good, I was shopping around for my son for school and just house cleaning supplies I had the in my cart about to leave when I had to use restroom I parked my cart to the side near the restroom I was in there for 2 mins and when I came out my cart was gone. I was very upset you just don’t go taking carts unless you know for a fact it’s no one’s, I work at customer service in retail so I know, i ask or wait for a few mins before taking the cart! I wasn’t going around the store picking up everything again, This Walmart just lost a 200$ sale.

DELIVERY.... MAY BE THEY ARE LAZY LOOKING FOR THE ITEMS, TWICE, THEY SEND WRONG ITEMS BUT EASY TO TAKE MY MONEY. MY ADVICE IS IF YOU DON'T FIND THE RIGHT ITEM AND THERE IS NOT ANSWER FROM THE CUSTOMER, DON'T GET IT....BECAUSE WHEN YOU REPLACE THEM YOU LOVE TO GET THE EXPENSIVE ONE....AND THAT IS NOT FAIR....I DON'T HAVE A CAR AND I'M DISABLE. IN CASE SOMEBODY COULD SAY "GO GET IT YOURSELF ".

Well to my surprise at register, I saw adult products. Wow they've out done themselves 😨 cashier was lovely , but also mortified by what was behind her. What a shame that they would even sell this let alone display like this. Shame on you walmart. Also all their products are behind lock and key, this is also a shame. And the final straw is that all great value brand products contain, bioengineered ingredients and unnecessarily.

Had the worst experience with this place. I ordered groceries online on November 24th. Mind you I spent $200+. They said attempted delivery. This was a gift for my son and grandkids, there 1st Thanksgiving together. I called customer service,who were nice and said they will have it delivered again and nothing came. I called a 2nd time, different representative and the same answer, nothing came.So I called the 25th the day before Thanksgiving and another representative said it will come, nothing and said we could deliver it on Friday or you can get a refund. Well they delivered but it wasn't what I ordered and less money I spent. Well again call today November 28th explain and said I will be getting a refund as requested. Why did I get a email stating I will not get a refund. I know most customer service have a script ti stick too, but be honest.
