The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about every student’s growth—whether you’re brand new or experienced on the mats. The training environment is tough but welcoming, and everyone pushes each other in a positive way. The instruction is detailed, the classes are well structured, and you can tell they take pride in building real skill and confidence. Great culture, great people, and top-tier jiu-jitsu. If you’re looking for a gym that feels like a family but still takes training seriously, Alpha Miami South is the place to be. Highly recommend.

My daughters who are 7 and 5 years old started jujitsu for their first time and they have not stopped talking about it. They really enjoy the coaches and the students. This place is very clean and family oriented! We are very pleased with our experience so far!

We showed up out of the blue to the gym. We aren’t from Miami, but had heard of the gym from our coach all the way from Arkansas. Julian and the team met the hype. Great with kids, teaches all aspects of the sport, very technical in style. He had both a fun experience for the kids while maintaining all the discipline you want for your kids while training jui jitsu. Highly recommend this gym for people that are interested in getting their kids into jui jitsu. Thanks to Julian and the entire Alpha gym.
