American Karate Institute

Honestly so impressed with their program. It’s been a few months from my last review and I had to come back here and continue to show my support. We’ve been so happy with my son’s karate class! The instructors really care about their students and put so much effort into helping each kid succeed. They strike the perfect balance between discipline and encouragement, and it shows in how much confidence and focus my son has gained. Such a great place for kids to learn and grow — highly recommend!

My son, Joey started this week and he loves it! He wants to go everyday. Everyone at this institute is so helpful and caring. They make you feel like family. They are all amazing! There is no where else which provides so much for the students and we are so happy we found this place. Thank you!

Mr and Mrs Gonzalez where my Masters back in 1984. I was 14 years old, they taught me self respect, loyalty and integrity, they were my second family I learned so much from them that they made a lifelong impact in my life, that was one of the best investments my father ever made, but most of all I learned selfdefense today. I'm 56 years old I still show respect and loyalty to my Masters one of my oldest son trained with Mr and Mrs Gonzalez, He is in the Marine corps right now, and my youngest son Angel is training there now. I recommend AKI 💯 to anyone who wants to train Martial arts and want to be part of a real Martial arts family, thank you for everything you invested in my when I was a child and my kids.

My son has been attending AKI for the past 5 months, during this time we have appreciated tremendous development on our kid. Karate-wise we have found the sessions to be intense and challenging enough to keep him engaged and to improve his skills day by day. But also, just as important, we have noted that Karate has been a character-building discipline for our son, he remains focused and engaged during his sessions at the institute and some of that has certainly translated to his day to day in school and at home. On the short time we have been part of AKI, we have enjoyed the family activities and overall the flexibility and availability of classes to accommodate this to our schedules as its more convenient to us. We have tried other sports before, but without any question this has been the place our son has enjoyed the most, I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for an after school activity for their kids.

Amazing dojo and incredible instructors. American Karate Institute has been fantastic for my son. The instructors are supportive, patient, and truly skilled at keeping kids motivated and focused. My son loves coming to class and has grown so much in confidence, discipline, and technique. It’s a welcoming environment that really brings out the best in the students. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a great martial arts school.
