I have been a member of Anatomy in Midtown for almost three years, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about this gym. The space is always spotless, the equipment is great, and everything from the bathrooms to the sauna and cold plunge is extremely well maintained. One highlight I have to mention is the Metabolic class with Sergio. He is absolutely AMAZING. Every class is challenging, motivating, and somehow still super fun. You leave feeling accomplished and energized every single time. I highly recommend Anatomy Midtown to anyone looking for a clean, high quality gym with incredible classes and an even better atmosphere.

Serg is an incredible trainer — super knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely cares about helping you improve. Rafaella, the manager, is also extremely friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Anatomy Gym in Midtown Miami to anyone visiting or living in the area. Definitely the place to train! 💪

With so many new gyms and studios opening in the area, Anatomy has regularly had to "step it up", but they somehow consistently manage to do so in spades without compromising what made the place a go-to when it first opened. There is something unique about the gym and its environment (read: staff, equipment, and fellow members) that makes me look forward to every workout and class. The wider Anatomy community is a genuinely special one, too. While every location has their own unique flavor, there's a reason Anatomy is as well-known around Miami as it is, and deservedly so.

Recently signed up for Anatomy Midtown and I am extremely impressed by the gym and staff. The staff really care about the space and go around re re-racking weights, and cleaning up when they have time. The music is also great and the bathrooms have everything you need. Not to mention, Kyanna is absolutely a pleasure to work with and has been very professional throughout the whole sign on process. Happy to be a part of this gym.

Spent most of 2025 with Anatomy Midtown, gone now though. For perspective on my review, I'm Active Duty Military (used to Military gyms) and a former Lifetime Fitness member from Texas, so that will give you context on whether you listen to this or not. TLDR: For a small business boutique gym, they do a fair to good job. Recommended. Pros: The Manager (Rafaella) is very responsive to email and communicative. I presented issues to her and she responded to resolve them in a timely manner. Current/recent renovations made the gym better, but not till after my time spent so they will be enjoyed by current and future members. For a small gym, they have all the amenities that Lifetime has but at smaller capacities. I've done my homework and looked for alternatives but never found a comparable gym so Anatomy is it unless you spend twice as much for Lifetime and travel mad far or cut some amenities and go for Equinox. Price at Anatomy was $446 for two, Dec 2024-Aug 2025. Cons: Showers were a constant problem, but they are gutting them and starting from scratch so that should pretty much eliminate the worms issues they had. I didn't even have to deal with this at "gross" Military gyms (free so can't complain lmfao). Locker room was a daily challenge since it's small, but manageable since the staff was constantly tending to and cleaning. Restrooms are very limited so remember there's two unisex restrooms upstairs. Conclusion: The problems they had during my tenure should be gone now leaving mainly the pros, comes recommended. 4/5 -Ken
