My experience with Jon has been wonderful! He is an amazing trainer, knowledgeable, encouraging, motivating and has a charismatic personality! My training session are super effective yet fun! He's found ways to individualize my workouts based on my needs and is truly interesting in helping me achieve my goals. I'm loving my results and can't wait to see more progress. My son needed help training for the naval academy fitness exam, Jon Paul not only helped him reach his target numbers and pass the exam, he also helped him lose 40 lbs in 6 months with training, meal prep coaching, and supplemental workout routines in between training sessions that he could do own his own. He kept my son motivated and helped him see his hard work pay off. Extremely easy to coordinate and schedule with and a pleasure to work with. Exceptional trainer, highly recommend!

Jon is an excellent personal trainer. He pushes you to achieve your goals in a low key easy going way. He is very knowledgable/helpful in his training plan, as well as a charismatic person that is fun to be around. I definitely recommend him and will continue to utilize his services!
