I was completely new to CrossFit and honestly a bit intimidated before walking in, but I had an amazing time! Coaches Elisa, Winter and Marni are incredibly didactic, taking the time to explain every movement and helping with adjustments, which made me feel much more confident. I loved that the workouts were adapted for all levels. I never felt out of place or pushed beyond my current ability, even with many advanced people in the class. Great vibes, a welcoming community, and expert guidance. Can’t go wrong!

Dropped into BOXR Gym today during a long layover in Miami on my way back to Oregon. I was in the Dominican Republic for a fitness retreat and my coach recommended I check this place out. I’m really glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the experience was top tier. Ivo welcomed me, gave me a full tour, and made me feel like I wasn’t just a random drop-in but part of the community. The energy in this place is serious. One of the baddest gym vibes I’ve experienced anywhere. High performance & high intensity. What stood out most though was the culture. It felt like a family. Everyone was focused and dialed in. And shoutout to Mari for a smooth and friendly checkout experience to wrap it all up and make sure our expectations were exceeded. Huge thank you to the entire BOXR team for making a traveler feel at home. I’ll absolutely be back next time I’m in Miami.

I love the gym. Sawdah showed me around. I loved her energy. Always positive and smiley. I would take her to every important meeting if I could. Just unbelievable personality. I met the owner on my first tour-AMAZING guy he is. The business is truly unbeliveable. I love the machines and classes for mma.

I had such a great experience signing up! they gave me an amazing offer at the front desk and immediately made me feel welcome. The staff gave me a full tour, and I was so impressed by how much equipment they have. Arcadius was wonderful to work with and Ivo and Esteban were also incredibly helpful and friendly. I already love the gym and I’m so excited to start training here!

Marizel at BOXR Gym is the best! She’s always smiling and in a great mood every time I walk in. Super friendly, helpful, and makes everyone feel welcome. Her positive energy sets the tone for the whole gym — definitely a great part of the BOXR experience!
