Really good! The coaches really want you to improve, they have the best technique and they are all super welcome! Really good muay thai which is hard to find elsewhere.

My son does the kids class at Bushido and it’s been an amazing journey watching him grow. All the instructors are great and very patient. It’s almost been a year and the biggest changes came via confidence in himself. Attitude and growth reflects leadership, thank you guys for your consistency.

Great Instructors, But Terrible Management and Hygiene I trained at Bushido Muay Thai for about five months. The instructors were excellent — skilled, respectful, and great with students. Most of the people training there were also very welcoming. Unfortunately, the gym’s management and facility conditions make it difficult to recommend. Facilities: The gym is poorly maintained. It has a strong odor as soon as you walk in, and the mats clearly aren’t cleaned regularly — after training, the bottom of my feet would turn black. The overall cleanliness is far below what you’d expect from any professional training environment. Management: The owner rarely acknowledges members and comes across as dismissive. When I decided to stop attending, I reached out multiple times — by email, phone, and Instagram — well before my next billing cycle to cancel my membership. Despite several attempts, I received no timely response. They eventually charged me anyway and only replied afterward, pointing to a 30-day cancellation policy. I understand policies, but ignoring communication and then enforcing a charge after weeks of silence shows a complete lack of professionalism and care for customers. Bottom line: The coaches are great, but the gym is dirty, poorly managed, and unresponsive. If you choose to sign up, be very cautious with membership cancellations and don’t expect attentive management. Update: The owner’s response speaks for itself (see below). Instead of addressing the feedback professionally, he chose to accuse me of retaliation — even though I spent weeks trying to reach someone to cancel, with no response. Ironically, they only decided to call me after I posted this review. That should tell you everything you need to know about how they handle communication.
