The perfect place for new and experienced grapplers! Sensei Mike and the instructors have created a great learning environment for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. As a white belt, I have enjoyed learning from my instructors and classmates in the gi and no-gi classes. I would definitely recommend this school as the place to be for anyone looking for a place to start or continue their martial arts journey in Miami!

It would be extremely difficult to find a head instructor with more experience in the fight game than Michael Cardoso. He has competed at the highest levels in both BJJ and MMA, let alone being an experienced referee. He is humble, talented and most importantly, an excellent teacher that creates a great learning environment and team culture. I don’t train there anymore because I moved too far away, but if I were close by, I’d definitely train there. If you’re truly looking to start living a healthy BJJ lifestyle, look no further, you’ve found your guy.
