Best gym in Miami hands down. Open mat Saturday and Sunday plenty of fun and plenty of training partners. And attentive black belts who are always willing to lend a helping hand when learning to techniques.

My 5-year-old started classes recently and LOVES going to class. The class moves at a great pace for kids and the teachers do a great job of giving each child individual attention throughout the lesson. They are also great at making the class fun, while still maintaining a focused environment. The facility is clean and parents can watch the class on the side, which I love. So far, amazing experience!

I’ve been training here for about a year now and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. The professors are incredibly knowledgeable and very patient with students. They take the time to explain techniques clearly and make sure everyone understands. Special shoutout to professor Pita and professor Jarod. Both are outstanding teachers. I highly recommend this school to anyone thinking about starting jiu-jitsu.

I started my Ju Jitsu journey back in 2023 at Carlson Gracie BJJ in Miami. Loved every second of it. After moving up to North Florida over a year ago, I recently went back to an open mat session while visiting family in the 305 and on Spring Break. Professor Pita, as always, was super gracious and welcoming. All the students too were welcoming and patient with myself and a young guest I brought along. I’m now training again in a school closer to home but it’s good to know I can always return and have great rolls back wear it all started. OSS Ghost Squad!!! And thank you always! 👊🏼

I was recently in town on a trip and was lucky enough to be able to visit Carlson Gracie Miami. The only way to describe my visit was amazing! I instantly felt welcomed by positive vibes and good energy from everyone in the room. I really enjoyed being able to meet and roll with different people and different experience levels that all knew how to keep it a fun and safe roll.
