This place is also for fitness because being ready means being fit - all you have to do is show up and participate – need I say Kiko is an awesome trainer. They will guide you on your journey as you lose fat and tone up. I love this place so much!! Taking the 10 week course has taught me life changing skills that will last a life time. My instructor Kiko was absolutely amazing, and so is Sarah!! They worked with us so professionally and even in the kick boxing class they took my lack of stamina into consideration and never pushed me to far (lol)! Kiko and Sarah make you feel so comfortable and are so friendly that it makes coming to class so much more enjoyable. This place is an 11/10 in my eyes! I will recommended this place to anyone that is looking into taking self defense :)

My experience at C.O.B.R.A. changed my life beyond expectation. From the first day of class I knew I had made the right choice. The instructors and staff are dedicated to ensure that you learn and understand each technique and how to apply them. They walk you through them step by step and are flexible to your individual needs. The 10 week academy includes real life simulated scenarios to train you physically, mentally and spiritually under pressure. When you are done with the training, you will feel empowered and confident that you are able to keep yourself and your loved ones safe. Not only have I learned the highest level of self defense skills, but I had the privilege of meeting an amazing group of teammates and we all have become part of a big family. I highly recommend C.O.B.R.A. to everyone. No matter the age, gender or experience. Action is faster than reaction. You are not a victim!

Completing the 10 week course I have learned both the psychological and physical skills for self defense. The program is structured in a practical and logical manner that can be applied to real world scenarios. Joe and Kiko are great at demonstrating realistic encounters and how to protect and defend myself. I also appreciated the Active Shooter training and I look forward to adding more skills to my tool box! I highly recommend COBRA to anyone interested in insuring their lives!

Wow! COBRA is truly incredible. The instructors are extremely knowledgable and thorough in ensuring you fully understand the concepts they are teaching and are able to apply them.
