100% recommend. I've been training there for about 6 months. I started with little to no experience in MMA, and I've learned so much so far. Coaches, staff, and classmates have all been amazing; they truly care about your progress. Especially with Coach Brian, he's been fantastic.

I'm so glad I joined this gym. The coaches are great and the environment is very welcoming. I came in with very little knowledge about MMA, but feel like I have already learned so much in a short time. I love that the gym is open 24/7 and offers late night classes. The late night training classes with Coach Brian are awesome ! The classes are typically smaller which I like and Coach Brian has helped me learn so much ! Love FFA !

I love this gym! My kids love it, they are getting stronger and learning to defend themselves! All the coaches are amazing; Erick, Che, Chelsea, and many more. My husband trains with fighters like Jason in an environment with other great fighters. At the same time I’m getting fit, and I mean fit; all while my kids are in class. I haven’t found another gym like this. Coach Lorraine not only gives you a specialized diet plan and modify it according to where you are at, but also gives you accountability. Any questions you have they are there to answer. I not only lost 30 lbs but also gained so much more. I included pictures of before and after, but you could see many more for yourself if you go in.

This gym is outstanding! My grandson has been there for around 6 years. I am very grateful for all coaches that are very professional, disciplined, respectful and hard workings. He is engaged with MMA, but this wouldn’t be possible without Coach Che and FFA staff members.

We enrolled our son at this academy for a 6-month trial. Toward the end, they tried to sell us into a 2-year program, but my son decided to focus on soccer instead, so we declined. He stopped attending classes, and I made it clear that he would not be continuing. Despite this, the academy continued to charge us month after month without proper authorization. When I asked for a refund, they refused, citing fine-print rules about sending a cancellation written notice, something they never clearly explained when we stopped attending. Instead of guiding us to a proper closure, they simply kept billing. To make matters worse, much of the front-end communication is handled by underage staff who are clearly not equipped to handle these kinds of important administrative matters. This left us in a frustrating loop and ultimately cost us money for a service we were no longer using. The training itself was fine while it lasted, but families should be very cautious. Read the fine print closely and don’t expect much flexibility or fairness if your child decides not to continue.
