This Jiu-Jitsu school is amazing! Not only for kids, but also for adults. I even started taking lessons myself! They are very professional, and the positive impact on my 5-year-old has been powerful. It’s not only about physical skills, but also about discipline. Chelsea is an amazing coach and human being. She really knows how to guide children. 100% recommended!

If I could leave 100 stars, I would! Flow 305 has truly been a special place for our family. It offers a fun and welcoming environment for children while still emphasizing technique, discipline, and respect. The coaches are genuinely invested in their students, and their passion for jujitsu and teaching is evident in everything they do. The sense of community is so strong! We have formed meaningful friendships both on and off the mat, and even my husband has joined the Flow family and now trains as well. This speaks to how inclusive they are for all ages and experience levels. My six year old son never wants to miss a class and constantly talks about how much he loves training with his “Flow family.” We are incredibly grateful to be part of this gym.
