My 13 year old daughter has been attending the adult Muay Thai classes at Instinct. In the short time she has been there, I’ve noticed a change in her attitude (positive) and her interest in learning more. Manny is a great instructor and very patient. I had been searching for a sport that would actually keep my9 year old son engaged while giving him the exercise he really needed. From the very first class, IMT delivered. It pushed him way outside his comfort zone, tested his endurance, and had his legs shaking by the end and somehow he loved every second of it! He urged me to sign him up. He’s been going three times a week for the past month, and the excitement hasn’t worn off at all. If anything, it’s grown. The coaches know exactly how to challenge the kids. They push them hard, don’t accept excuses, and at the same time genuinely encourage them to keep improving and mastering new skills. The biggest surprise has been the change I’ve seen at home. His confidence, behavior, and overall mood have noticeably improved in such a short time. I’m incredibly grateful we found IMT. It’s been an amazing experience for him and for our family.

I started at Instinct Muay Thai last June at 195lb, looking for a change. Today, I’m 165lb, but the weight loss is only a product of the quality of this gym. As I approach my one-year anniversary, I’m reminded of a quote from one of my favorite shows: "The dictionary defines superlative as: of the highest kind, quality, or order; surpassing all else or others. Supreme." I would define "superlative" as Instinct Muay Thai. I’d define it as Coach Manny, Matt, Josh, Nat, and Jonathan.
