reviewsWhat Members Say
Members consistently praise the technical training that focuses on fundamentals and proper technique, including the use of Thai pads which are rare in Miami. They highlight the welcoming, relaxed atmosphere with no pressure and a personal approach that makes it suitable for everyone from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Specific coaches like Lucky, Broccoli, Jacob, and Keano receive frequent mention for their knowledge, dedication, and ability to provide detailed feedback. Some reviewers note the gym is somewhat hidden and could benefit from more advertising, but this is overshadowed by the overwhelmingly positive experiences described.

Excellent Muay Thai gym for pure, unfiltered, and time honored Muay Thai experience and training. This is my first time training pure Muay Thai at a reputable gym and I am addicted. The coaches are knowledgeable and take there time to give you feedback and and guide you on your journey. It’s great for the whole family. Self defense, fitness, and fun. I highly recommend it.

Muay Thai: This is a technical gym that incorporates conditioning into each session. The use of Thai pads (which only a few gyms in Miami offer) helps develop better technique and balance awareness. It’s very beginner-friendly. The drills focus on understanding the fundamentals, which is essential for effective sparring. BJJ: A solid gym with strong technical development. Both practical and theoretical knowledge are taught. It has nothing to envy from larger, well-known gyms. The Gym (overall): The people are very friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxed, and authentic, with no pressure and a very personal approach. Downside: The gym is a bit hidden and could benefit from more advertising to achieve the growth it truly deserves.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! My husband and I came to Hallendale, Fl from NYC for a month looking for a place to train. I had not trained in few years and considered myself a novice; whereas my husband was very advanced and had a few smokers under his belt. We chose Lucky's Muay Thai. The facility was clean, they followed covid regulations and classes were small. The coaches are knowledgeable and teach tenique as well as their own philosophies on fighting. Classes range from beginner to advanced and sparring. Definitely expect to sweat and train hard. Lucky's also offers private lessons for those who want extra attention or don't feel comfortable in group class settings. The students are friendly and everyone is there to learn and progress. We bought an unlimited for a month we well as privates through the promo. Classes range from bag work, conditioning and technique, to pads and light sparring. Coming to Lucky's has motivated me to continue my practice when I go back to NYC this week. My husband enjoyed all the classes and sparring too. It's a great gym with great coaches. We will be back ! Thanks Lucky, Jacob, and Keano for a great month of training!!! - Tina and Kris

I’ve always been curious about trying a contact sport, but I had never dared to until now. I started about a month ago with absolutely no experience, and I have to say it has been an incredibly enlightening month. The dedication of the coaches to help you improve with each session is truly remarkable. I highly recommend it!
