Marcus Aurelio Jiu Jitsu Academy

Where do i start? Thank you Marcus Aurelio for envision this academy and give others the opportunity to learn from a real Brazilian Jiujitsu world champion and a true hero at heart! Is really touching to admire every day how much love, dedication and care you and your wife put in, to create and grow this community . My son is being training 3 times per week since August 2024 and i’ve seen his improvement each day, learning discipline, coordination, gaining strenght, ability to follow instructions etc… He is too little to understand or apply many of the techniques but i love the fact he is always excited to come to class and see his coaches, classmates and even go to the after care room for a few minutes after class as a “reward” ( Lulu in aftercare is the very best and so sweet, my soon loves to spend time with her, she also helps my 3rd grade daughter with homework while my little one is in class, she is a gem 💎) But what i love the most is how Marcus and her wife Francesca made us feel since the first day at the trial class, they are a true blessing to this community and i can’t thank them enough in all they do! As a example, In February we celebrate my son’s Birthday at the academy, and not even my own family helped me as much as they did! they really care for their kids , everything was on point and the kids had a blast 💥 my son was so happy and ewhat i paid is nothing compared of what they delivered. I had once a feedback to give about something i observed in class, and did not like , and i was afraid to go and express it since i didn’t want to start a problem, but instead i felt absolutely heard and they addressed the situation accordingly and in a timely manner. On top of that they were very flexible and helped me to accommodate my travel dates in Dec and January, i’ve followed the policy and let them know in advance and they stopped my CC automatic charges and resumed once we get back, so even that is great in this academy, very different to other places where they only want your business and nothing else . We are very happy to be part of this Jiujitsu family and looking fwd to many years more of self defense and friends! ❤️

Our whole family truly loves this Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school, not just our kids! From the moment we toured the academy with Franchesca, we felt an incredible sense of warmth and professionalism. Later on, when we learned more about Marcus Aurelio’s story, we were amazed. If you look him up, you’ll understand why , he’s a TRUE LEGEND in the sport. This is an authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy, and you can feel it in the quality of the training, the discipline, the respect, and the deep love they have for the art. The coaches care genuinely about every student, teaching not only technique but also confidence, resilience, and emotional strength. They help children manage frustration, build character, and grow both on and off the mats. Our kids love training here so much that even my husband and I were inspired to join, and now all of us look forward to every session. The energy, the culture, the discipline, and the family-like environment make this place truly special. We couldn’t recommend this academy more. It’s exceptional in every way.

This is the best Jiu Jitsu academy in Florida! My daughters learned so fast, discipline, focus, self defense, self esteem! No words to describe how Marcus treat all the kids! I wish I could post some videos here to show how fast and amazing he is teaching the kids!

I’ve brought my son to the last 2 yrs on a monthly basis an I can honestly say the interaction, lessons and experiences have being amazing. I also would recommend their summer camps my kids Loves learning and everyday is a new experience for him

I love the environment, highly recommend for kids and adults my kids are very happy with all the coach and I take adult classes too and I love it. My kids are in the after school program that’s amazing, they pick them up at school and then coach Lourdes helps with the homework and activities and 3 days a week they take jiujitsu classes, very clean and professional academy. 10 out of 10
