Awesome karate school for kids, including girls, of all ages. The instructor, Sensei Rocky, is very dedicated to teaching not only self defense but also respect, self control and communication skills. I couldn’t be happier for my son to be here..

Sensei Rocky is not only an excellent martial arts instructor, he is an innate and inspirational mentor. He values kindness, family, respect, honor, and exudes great passion and care. His lessons transcend the dojo. If you want your child to build lifelong skills that will serve him/her to navigate friendships, challenges, and the world at large, look no further than Sensei Rocky. Our daughters Kai (4 yrs old) and Kira (6 yrs old) absolutely love and respect him. We completely trust him and know that he genuinely cares for their well being and is willing to be a partner in helping them grow into healthy, happy, and productive citizens/adults. In just a few months, both of our daughters have gained more confidence, awareness, tolerance, balance, strength, coordination, patience and respect! We hope that he will continue to teach for years to come, and look forward to having him be a part of our lives. They say, "it takes a village to raise a child"; we are thrilled to have Sensei Rocky in our "village." Thank you for all you do!

Atmosphere is great, the instructor is nice and gives you a good exercise. 10/10 would go every day if I could. (I'm a karate student there.) Not only that, it's fun!
