Head coach Cesar is amazing, and is very passionate about teaching mixed martial arts and helping his students improve in every way possible. It is also great for kids.

Round 5 has helped me in many things on and off the mats. It has helped me feel confident if I was ever in a situation where I have to protect myself. The guys here are not there to beat you up but to build you up and help create good habits. Excellent environment and good friendly crowd and most importantly very good hard work is put in definitely pushes you.
