Best gym I’ve ever trained at. When I first started I tried a few gym but no other gyms vibe is quite like this one. Super welcoming and with amazing instructors that care about your progress and always challenge you. Give it a try come in for a free trial and you’ll fall in love.

I've been with Teknica since 2019 and it's been a great experience. The atmosphere at the school is very welcoming and warm and the coaches provide high quality classes. This is all great because Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a tough sport and the grind can wear you out, so it's good to be a member of a training space that only cultivates positive things for all involved.

Best Bjj gym in Miami. Has helped me overcome many obstacles and exceed in many aspects in life. The community and training environment is exceptional and most importantly safe. They push you past your limits, and keep you in great shape, mentally and physically. Versatile and attentive instruction, for absolutely everyone. I love Teknica and would recommend to anyone looking for self defense or any sport.
