UFC FIT Doral

UFC Gym Doral is an excellent facility—conveniently located and always kept clean, including the bathrooms. The HIIT classes are absolutely incredible and the entire coaching staff is top-notch. I want to give a special shout-out to Coach Jesus. He is incredibly dedicated to his clients, consistently taking the time to teach proper technique and providing personalized recommendations that help you see real progress. Highly recommended

This place is amazing, well-organized, and very clean. The recovery room is especially impressive. Coach Elias helped me regain my health, and I lost more than 40 pounds in a healthy way. He is very professional. I highly recommend this place joining to achieve a healthier body and life. UFC Fit Doral has truly changed my life and helped me restore my health.

My main reason for giving this gym a low rating is cleanliness. There is so much dust around the facilities that is caked on 90% of the machines. Particularly men's locker room is a war zone. There's no soap in the bathrooms. The entire perimeter of the base boards is dust and hair. Please invest in a cleaning crew that can upkeep the facilities.

I’m an active member at UFC Gym Midtown and hold the highest tier membership. I visited UFC Fit Doral with a guest expecting a consistent experience across locations. Unfortunately, the interaction with the manager, Luke Ramírez, was disappointing. Not only was my guest denied the ability to train, but there was no effort made to offer a solution — not even a temporary pass or upgrade option. This goes beyond gym policy; it reflects a lack of customer awareness and basic business judgment. A premium member walked away frustrated, and this experience now makes me question whether continuing my membership with the brand is worth it. If this were my business, I would not allow a manager to lose loyal clients so easily. The UFC Gym brand promotes a premium, community-driven experience. The UFC FIT in Doral owes me over $800+ on unauthorized payments and I am yet to receive the courtesy of a response from the OM Ana Rivera or GM Luke Ramirez.. I have called and showed up in person and have been told multiple times to email the same person or wait for a response and it has been months. Before canceling my membership and requesting a refund from my credit card provider as a last resort, could I please receive an email or phone number for someone in the franchise that is willing to give me the courtesy of a response and a solution.
