My daughter has been taking lessons with Carol since 2023, and it’s been a wonderful experience! Carol is energetic, engaging, and makes every class fun and motivating. She teaches my daughter both karate and self-defense techniques, always with patience and enthusiasm. The dojo itself is a friendly and nurturing environment where kids feel supported, build confidence, and truly enjoy learning. Highly recommend!

We've been attending this karate academy for a little over a month, andI couldn't be happier with the experience. The senseis are incredible-attentive, patient, and skilled at keeping the kids focused while carefully teaching proper techniques. My 5-year-old son has made so much progress in such a short time! He's more confident, has a better understanding of his body, and absolutely loves the training. One of his favorite parts is learning to use weapons, and he also gets to practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in every class, along with traditional karate. The well-rounded approach keeps him engaged and excited to learn. This academy is truly beneficial for kids, both physically and mentally. Highly recommend!

My family and I have been blessed to have found this dojo and my kids love working with Sensei and her staff.Sensei Carol and her team are incredibly knowledgeable in their field and love and respect our children and the parents. The aftercare program and summer camps are fun and educational and is a great work out for the kids as they learn self defense and more, to be model citizens. Sensei cares and wants our children to be successful not only in the martial arts but in life and that is hard to find.

My son joined this dojo at just 4 years old, and over two years later (he’s now 6.5), I couldn’t be more proud of his journey. From earning his white belt to advancing to yellow and now orange—two graduations later—he’s grown tremendously under the guidance and discipline of Sensei Carol and her team. This dojo is refreshingly no-frills, with the team focusing on what truly matters: teaching children kindness, patience, self-awareness, and respect. Beyond being a place to train, this dojo feels like family. Sensei even provides aftercare pick-up from school, which has been a huge support in my son’s development. I wholeheartedly recommend this dojo to anyone interested in karate, jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, or more. It’s a fantastic environment where kids can thrive!
