I went in for the muay thai class on Wednesday and it was very insightful, especially for someone who has some martial arts experience but no muay Thai practice. I hope I can go again soon!

I had a lot of fun today at 4 Honor Academy, from the beautiful space they are building to the professionalism of the Coaches, I'm definitely going to sign up!! I want to be able to feel safe being on the street alone and I know that it will be worth every penny because it is better to prevent it so it is a very important investment without thinking twice. The coaches were very professional and from the moment you enter until you leave you are nurturing yourself from the different disciplines.
