Great gym! I was in town for a week and was able to drop by and train one night. Alex was a great teacher and extremely welcoming. Will go back next time I’m in town.

All I have to say this class is AWSOME... Alex is the professor in town. He cares about his students and takes his time with us. You will never be judged and truly welcomed. I'm so glad I found central Florida bjj. It gives me alot to look forward to with great class mates. Good times every night and Alex aka Coach will teach you BJJ ....PLEASE JOIN OUR CLASS !! Great place to learn a very dynamic martial art, Instructor Alex is an expert and very professional, the environment is very welcoming, friendly and makes you feel included. Very family friendly and the classes are in depth. Instructor Alex takes the time to make sure everyone is learning and practicing techniques correctly. If you’re looking to learn a new way of self defense, or looking to improve your skills this is a fantastic place to roll and learn.

Great coach and training classes provided by Alex. Members of all ages are welcomed & great environment to learn and grow in. Alex makes sure to individually check on everyone to make sure they are understanding the lesson & provides feedback in the moment when necessary.

Professor Alex is amazing! He has such a calm and straight-forward way to teach. He made me feel welcome and included from day 1, training with people who have been there forever. The thing I like the most was the fact he observes you and teaches you based on your strengths so that you can use them on your favor. I had a great time there and I am planning on coming back as soon as I can.
