This is an excellent class. Very traditional style of teaching. Part of a well established organization that has been in operation since the 1960s. The benefits go far beyond self defense. The instructor is very friendly.

The Central Florida Ueshiro Shorin Ryu Dojo has been a great experience for our family. Sempai Justin is a great teacher! He loves and respects this style of karate and it clearly shows in his method of teaching. We have seen him teaching students of all ages and experience level and he treats each one with respect and care. He is a good person and has integrity and honor. He really takes his time to demonstrate the katas and to correct each student so that they get better. I would recommend visiting and being a part of the experience.
