Championship Martial Arts - Lake Nona

We experienced "Mommy and Me", enjoyable activities, friendly instruction, nice structure. The instructor had proper age level activities, called student by name, was patient but kept energy level high.

CMA has been a second home to my son Jason and a second family to all of us for the last 4 years. Seeing his confidence grow, his ability progress and the care they provide for every student is amazing. We absolutely love CMA Lake Nona!

My daughter loves to be here, karate is a really good activity for kids, they learn discipline, focus, punctuality. I lime Championship because besides teaching all of that they motivates the kids to keep going and not quit, the classes are short but intense, they keep the children active the whole 30 minutes, they end up sweating.

My 8 yo has been training at this facility for 1.5 years and she loves it. Not only is she getting stronger and learning real life self defense skills, she is also learning important life skills like respect, perseverance and responsibility. The instructors are tough but great with the kids. Highly recommended!
