I hesitate to post a good review because I don't want to encourage more crowds. 😀 But seriously, it's a great gym that does very well maintaining the facility and their equipment. The staff is friendly and it's rarely too crowded. Plenty of equipment, too: Tons of free weights and benches, an astronomical number of racks (I've never seen them all in use), two smith machines, lots of cable machines, and various types of resistance machines. Would recommend.

TJ makes the beginning of gym experience great. He always has a friendly demeanor and is very attentive. I appreciate TJ’s good customer services an overall care of the gym.

Crunch fitness Winter garden is super clean, no judgements and in the morning its the best time to hit a workout. Tj at the front desk is super kind and gives outstanding service. Outstanding personality, i come in and leave with a smile! Wouldn’t be the same without him!

The gym is great, equipment is always in working order and never broken like the last gym I went to. The workers are also very friendly, Ash is great! I’m gonna get a free shirt after this. 😁 (I was not bribed to do this)

I love this gym, but please fix The Captains Chair! There’s only one ☝️ and both the left, and right sides are broken. Thank you for the hand soap dispensers! They are better than the previous ones.
