Crunch Fitness - Winter Park

My home away from home and favorite place to be! I love the gym and the staff. Gabe is tte best! I have been working out here since they renovated (and years before), and I enjoy the remodel and the new equipment. The pool is a nice addition!

I’ve been looking at reviews for this place. Most reviews are either complaining about music, bathrooms or cancellation fees. The positive ones seem to be just giving shout outs to specific people. I’m new to the gym and have only been twice. I can say the music volume is the same as an average gym. The bathrooms are clean. The people working up front are busy yet accommodating. The sauna is excellent. It is worth checking out and joining for sure. They may send way too many emails and texts once you join but that’s just a minor gripe and I don’t let it bother me but worth mentioning.

I’ve had a great experience at Crunch Fitness Winner Park so far. Aaliyah was an absolute gem on the phone—super personable, welcoming, and helpful right from the start. Joe was also amazing and took the time to walk me through the latest specials and made sure I got the best deal possible. I had an introductory personal training session with one of their trainers who specializes in martial arts fitness, which was a really cool and unique touch. The staff is always smiling and friendly when I walk in, which honestly makes a big difference. The gym itself is clean and well-maintained. It can get crowded at times, but overall the energy is great and the experience has been very positive. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Crunch is the place to go to! The best gym u have had gone so far. The pool and jacuzzi are amazing if you are doing cold plunges. Luke is one of the best trainers. I also appreciate all of the employees are really nice and helped me through the process. Thanks guys!!

Formerly 24hr Fitness location. Now with the new renovation looked amazing. Great amenities steam room, excellent space and pool. Gym is incredibly busy at just about all times fyi. Not necessarily a bad or good thing. The cleanliness of this facility is starting to suffer. I’ve been going to this gym for over 10 years. It’s had its ups and downs. I will edit my review when a change is seen. So far it’s just dirty with no staff trying to leave the front desk. The other companies at this same location had staff specifically for cleaning. We shall see what the future holds.
