My husband has been doing BJJ and Judo for about 25 years now and has been at this gym for the past 4 years and does not plan on going anywhere else. It’s family owned and family friendly with high level competition and instruction from top professional athletes. My children started when they were 3 years old (both neurodivergent) and the classes are very well organized with the engagement, structure and compassion they need to succeed. I joined them and started BJJ at 30 years old because of the warm and welcoming family friendly environment. They have high level competition classes, beginners classes, kids classes, and a women’s only class. This gym is truly “Jiu Jitsu for the whole family”.

The coaches are absolutely amazing – they not only teach world-class techniques but also create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone. My daughters absolutely love training here, and I love seeing them grow both in skill and confidence. The gym has a fantastic, large group of women training together, which makes it such a positive and inspiring atmosphere. It’s incredible to watch everyone work hard and support each other. Plus, Jiu-Jitsu is such a valuable self-defense skill, especially these days, and I’m so glad my daughters are learning it in such a safe and empowering space. Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to grow, learn, and be part of an amazing community!
