I am visiting from out of town and my coach recommended this spot. I’m glad he did. From the moment I text them (which is an option from their website) Natalie responded within minutes. She was so friendly and welcoming. My son 18 and myself 42 went to their open mat where we met Fabin was also very welcoming. The rolls were awesome! High level jiu jitsu with really good people. They matched energy. They were very technical,and at the end of each roll I felt I had made another friend. It’s like a family in there.They made us feel at home. It reminded me of my gym. I would recommend this gym to anybody. If you are from out of town and want to drop in. If you live in the area you would be silly not to try a free week there. Which they offer. Thanks again for the hospitality. We’ll be back!

We’ve had such an amazing experience! The coaches provided incredible support, helping our 5-year-old son feel comfortable and confident from day one, providing a welcoming environment that made him excited to join in. In just a short time, he learned so much—not just skills on the mat, but also focus, discipline, and teamwork. I have 2 kids enrolled and they are both benefiting from the ju jitsu techniques they are picking up but also from the discipline that the coaches are teaching. I've been coming to FRBJJ for over 2 years now. The culture here is amazing. Fabin has done a great job creating that culture from being himself to choosing great instructors that embody that as well. There's also a great blend of applicable technique if you're serious about jiu-jitsu and want to progress deep into the sport; and the casualness and respect of your partners if all you want to do is roll for fun and have a good workout. It's a place that blends the quality of dedication to a craft and a familial atmosphere. And does it well. If you're interested in jiu-jitsu for yourself or someone else, you can't go wrong here.
