We are SO grateful that we enrolled our son Austin in 5T. It is hard to believe for us that he’s only been in the program for two months because we’ve seen such a difference in his confidence. Since he is smaller than other kids and struggles with his coordination, he sometimes gets overlooked and started having a hard time believing in himself. However, Mr. Jeromy, Mr. Zabala, Mr. Aaron, and the other instructors have an abundance of patience for teaching Austin the proper way to perform the skills. Austin even wants to practice at home every night so he can better himself, which we believe is a testament to the instructors. He is starting to have more confidence from within, though he loves when the instructors praise him, especially for his push-ups, haha! We really hope we can continue our journey with 5T in the years to come.

So far so good. I am not gonna lie some days my child does not want to go since she is more on the outgoing side instead of staying still. BUT they teach self control, respect, discipline and when your child is having a good class they make sure to let them know. When your child is struggling.. They make sure to spend extra time to show the correct way. We love all the instructors and their personalities and I have no doubt their love their job and their students. Yes it is an investment but when you see your child getting their strips, tests, and new belt you know they have learned. This school will not pass your child to a next belt just because you are paying, they make sure your child goes at their own pace and that they actually learn from the classes. Nothing is given, everything is earned and they make sure the students are in the right path. Yes

This is an amazing facility that focuses on the whole person not just the martial arts. Our 7 year old son has shown so much improvement in focus, respect and self-discipline since starting the program here. What I think makes them stand out the most is the staff, they are fully invested in the growth of our children as people and they display the most incredible patience. The connection between coaches and students here really makes them stand out and we are so grateful for them!

Great Martial Arts studio - there's a real good vibe when you walk in and they all have such a positive encouraging attitude. All the students (younger kids especially) seem to really enjoy their time and take to the instructors disciplined lessons/activities while having fun and maintaining the code and ethics of martial arts. Great experience over all, and I highly recommend this studio. Management is great, reasonably, and responsive to questions and concerns. They are also following all CDC guidelines and taking safety measures.

I initially had a positive experience with this studio and its instructors. My daughter attended classes for several months and genuinely enjoyed them. However, my opinion has changed due to recent customer service issues. I underwent an emergency surgery and was out of work for eight weeks, during which I was unable to bring my daughter to her classes. In that entire time, no one from the studio reached out to check on her absence or inquire about the situation. When I later decided to withdraw her, I called numerous times with no response. I then texted the contact number provided to me by Jerome and received a message stating I would receive a call back, but no one ever followed up. I am still waiting for that call today. Additionally, I saw Jerome and another one of my daughter’s instructors at her school, and they did not acknowledge me at all. This lack of communication and consideration has been very disappointing. As someone who previously served as a manager at Disney World for 11 years, I understand the importance of customer service, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations. While the instruction itself was good—Jerome was always kind, patient, and wonderful with my daughter—I can no longer recommend this studio. I had hoped to enroll my other children in the future, but given the lack of professionalism and follow-through, I have decided against it. I am truly disappointed. Additionally, I paid for an entire month in which my daughter did not attend any classes, yet they continue attempting to charge my card to this day, and no one has reached out to address the issue. -Marimar F (Bella’s mom)
