Surreal, been training for about 3 months now and I'm in better shape than I've ever been. This gym is great if you want to defend yourself (or become a fighter) and get fit in one sitting. I do Muay Thai classes, their days are Monday Wednesday Friday, 5:45 to 7 PM, and you can stay an extra hour if you want, but it is harder. Thank you Cosmo for being a wonderful role model and coach to me 🫡

I decided to try Muay Thai and looked for classes, when I reviewed their IG and Facebook pages it looked like a great place to have my first class which was free. I spoke with Cosmo who is the owner, he was very welcoming. I also brought my seven-year-old son and his nine-year-old friend we all try to class got our butt kicked. It was a lot of fun. They have multiple different memberships, including family memberships, which are cheaper there is no hidden fees. You can do month-to-month or sign up for annual membership, which he explains how that works. It was definitely so much fun and I definitely recommend it especially for people that wanna try new things but also they were young high school kids. I was so happy to see as it’s a great environment with many people working towards the same goal . Plus there was no pressure for me to sign up at the moment and sometimes when you try classes at places, they try to convince you to sign up right then and there and that was so nice .It gives me time to go home and think about which membership is best for me . I also attached the Naples schedule, and I may check that place out as well.

I came down to fort myers from NY and was looking for a gym to train at and even tried out a few, once I did my trial class here. I knew it was the one. Great staff, team, fighters, and overall gym experience! Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn or better themselves in muay thai!

I’ve trained with Cosmo and Larissa since 2021. The coaching is world class, and the community they have built is even better. I’ve watched them develop fighters and help people of all ages and experience levels hit fitness goals they didn’t think possible. Highly recommend.

Very nice gym, coach Alexandre is very helpful for beginners. He has made sure they go easy in sparring on me and overall is a 10/10 gym.
