I’m honored to say that I’m the first student to enroll with Map1Gym and it’s the best decision I’ve made for my physical and mental health in quite some time. Master Isaque is an incredible mentor and he’s patient, informative, practical, and most importantly, his classes are beginner friendly. The owner Rafael is constantly improving the gym, provides guidance to students, and he’s there to make sure you pick the class that’s right for you. My cardio and endurance have improved dramatically and my confidence has grown. Whether you’re looking for a good cardio workout or you want to learn self defense, you can’t go wrong with Map1Gym.

First day today with my son and daughter very great experience very respectable teachers very clean environment. I am happy and glad to make this a part of my life. Very blessed to have these guys close. And willing and able to teach such fantastic teachers

Very good jujitsu coach, and very friendly I dropped in for there Muay Thai class but at the time they did not have a coach so instead I waited for the adult gi jujitsu session and I was every happy with the experience, very good instruction and a lot of patience 10/10 would recommend
