Orlando City Muay Thai

I have trained various martial arts through out my life in the central Florida area and this gym is hands down the best I’ve ever gone to. The gym is clean and most hours of the day you could find a class or someone in the gym if you so happen to want to pop in and check it out. The level of instruction here is high. Multiple active amateur and professional fighters train and or teach here. This gym is truly for all levels the beginners are treated with the same respect, care and dignity as any other practitioner and unfortunately that is not always the case at other gyms in town. Lastly and most important is the community. I’ve come to love the coaches and practitioners at this gym as if they were family. They will hold you accountable, help you with technique, and chat it up. A few times throughout the year there are opportunities to get together outside of practice such as pool side fun at cabana live, a Muay Thai retreat to tulum, or just attending a teammates fight. Proof reading this review it is clear to me that I cannot express the love and gratitude I have for this place without a 5 page essay or to speak with you in person so you could see the smile on my face while I tell you how great of a place OCMT is. That being said you will just have to come and see!

Without a doubt in my mind, Orlando’s premiere Muay Thai facility!! Everything is so beautiful, full mat space, gym space, locker rooms, multiple bathrooms & a very groovy sauna. The culture of the gym is led by two amazing owners Trent & Jaime! Which has created an environment that is warming, welcoming to martial artists of all levels. I personally love the art of Muay Thai, as it’s probably my favorite art to train. I can’t say enough nice things about the level of instruction, care & attention to detail here. If you are a beginner looking for a very practical way to exert your energy & learn how to properly defend yourself. Or if you’re a fighter looking to sharpen your striking arsenal! OCMT has you covered. I enjoy visiting & taking classes with Trent & Gabe! Two OG’s in the fight game. I hope if you’ve made it this far, you are informed & that we get to train together at OCMT!!!!

I've been attending Orlando City Muay Thai for just over a month and it's been an outstanding experience. If I could, I'd be there every day! The community is second to none - incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and always ready to support beginners like myself. What's more, the gym is also home to well-seasoned fighters who bring a depth of experience to the training. The facility is spotless and well-maintained. Special shoutout to Trent, from whom I've learned so much in such a short time. Highly recommend for anyone looking to delve into Muay Thai or simply be a part of a great community!

Come here to drop in at least once or twice a month. These guys are the real deal. Some of the nicest staff and one of the best Muay Thai specific teams in the Orlando area. Awesome gym aesthetic too. Whether you’re a beginner that’s trying to learn the art of Muay Thai or an experienced fighter that wants to sharpen your tools - this gym is the most welcoming of all walks of life in your martial arts journey. Trent the owner is a great guy and one of the most welcoming / experienced coaches in the area. 11/10 experience.
