I own and run my own gym in Ireland and have been training Jiu-Jitsu for over 20 years. Sanity Jiu-Jitsu is a top-class academy with excellent coaching, great structure, and a strong team atmosphere. The standards on the mats are high, the environment is professional and jon is very welcoming, and the facility is very well run. If you’re looking for quality Jiu-Jitsu taught the right way, I highly recommend Sanity Jiu-Jitsu.

My son trains Jiu-Jitsu with Master Jonh, and I only have praise! He is very attentive and efficient during the classes, always making sure the students perform the movements correctly. On the mat, there is always more than one instructor assisting and supervising, which brings a lot of safety and quality to the training. I truly recommend it to other families who want to have this same positive experience.

Sanity Jiu Jitsu is a great place for your kids to get a good work out and improve their coordination, strength and agility. They will train hard and learn to defend themselves while having a blast under the guidance of expert coaches!

I came to visit this gym today and it is a wonderful community. I hit the women’s class taught by the talented black belt Lyann. If you are a woman I HIGHLY recommend checking out this gym. The women were awesome and very welcoming. If I lived in FL I would be a member of this gym in a heartbeat!

I've been here over 9 months and have built great relationships with everyone. When I moved to Winter Garden Coach John kept in touch with me prior to me joining. He's not only a great mentor but also someone I consider a friend. I'm grateful to have found a school so welcoming and friendly. Both coach John and Coach Lyanne are the friendliest down to earth people I have ever met. It's not just about jiu jitsu. It's about how can I progress as a better person in my every day life. When you join, you will find more meaning to your every day routine.
