Came down to St. Petersburg for vacation. I decided to come here to keep up with training and I’m so glad I did. They were super hospitable gym and the coaches were highly knowledgeable about Muay Thai. During classes the coaches are very engaging really nailing down form and technique. I really learned a lot from them! I would definitely come back next time I’m down in Florida !

AMAZING GYM AMAZING TRAINERS AND COACHES KRU MATT AND KRU ASHLEY DO A GREAT JOB ! Coaches and trainers set up classes very structured and well prepared for everyone attending. This Gym is huge, very spacious. This place is amazing. If you want to fight, get in shape, or learn self defense this is the place. I go through life a lot more confident now. Official Sityodtong representative for the state of Florida. Very authentic Muay Thai. This place is the real deal. COME TRAIN HERE !!!

Just wanted to hop on here and give Kru Matt a five-star review as I spent a few private sessions with him. I had such a great experience working with him. We were able to dial in and fix some things up in my game! He spends a lot of time working on some fine details that may get overlooked over time and the pad holding rounds were amazing. Highly recommend visiting and working out at this gym when you are able to. I will definitely be back in the future.

Best Muay Thai gym in the Tampa Bay metro area. Best martial arts community as well. I joined this gym seeking to level up from my old gym, and I got exactly that. Even when I had an unrelated injury, the team offered to help me rehab so I could keep training. I have recommended this gym to all martial artists I know, and will continue to do so! 🙏 🙏 🙏

If you’re on here looking at reviews to see if this place is worth trying out, you should absolutely do it! I have been to my fare share of gyms (I tend to travel a lot for work for an extended period of time) This is hands down the most professional, clean and just overall great atmosphere I’ve ever been to. I had to go down a little over a year ago for a couple months and I tried this spot out and the owners (Matthew and Ashley) made it a point to meet me my first time going there, they talked me through everything with hours and training sessions. I literally signed up that day 😂🩵 Even though I travel, I am relatively in that area often now and I never canceled my membership and still go weekly. I have learned so much and have gotten so much more in shape and just happier with myself. They’ll never make you feel stupid for the amount of questions you ask, I’ve always felt comfortable there and it’s becoming a family to me at this point. Whoever is looking in the area for Muay Thai, kicking boxing, MMA, exc.. this is really the spot to be. I promise you won’t regret it. Sorry for the long review, but I have to give credit where credit is due. Hope this review helps for some of you! :)
