Teknique Boxing

The coaches are all amazing—Joshua, Carlos, JT, and Red. They’re all so kind, friendly, professional, and patient. I absolutely love this place. Honestly, I hated working out before I came here. I could never motivate myself to get to the gym. But here, every day is different. Every day is new. Every day is exciting. It’s a great place with great people, an energetic atmosphere, and amazing quality.

I came in a little nervous on how my son would feel, he can be a little shy at times (he is 6) and coming in the first time I felt like I was already counted as part of a family. My son felt like he was at home, he even stayed longer after class to keep practicing. Carlos and Allen are highly educated and extremely patient, I couldn’t have felt happier becoming part of Teknique boxing.

I really love the gym and it really helps a lot and I like how they push me and all the coaches do a awesome job and there nothing I would change and I really look up to Carlos and Josh

Teknique Boxing is a game changer. The growth we have seen from our daughter in day to day life since joining is incredible. Thank you to all the coaches for everything you do.

They are friendly, professional and my kids really enjoy going to the gym. Olivia is amazing, she is always available to answer any questions or concerns.
