I’ve wrestled all of high school and wanted a place to continue building my skills. After I moved to Orlando for work, I’ve spent hours searching the best MMA gyms in the area and was referred by countless people to join the gym. After my first class, I fell in love with the gym, atmosphere, and team. I practically go every day for multiple hours. Not only did the team help build my wrestling back up, but I also fell in love with BJJ and soon will be adding Muay Thai into the routine. This place is going to be my new home. 6/5 stars if I could.

I think this gym is great for both beginners and experienced fighters. When I first started, I didn’t know anything, but I’ve learned so much since joining. I’ve genuinely enjoyed every class I’ve attended. One thing I really like is that they have multiple coaches. If one teaching style isn’t your favorite, you can attend classes on days when another coach is leading. That flexibility makes a big difference. The atmosphere truly feels like a family. Everyone is supportive, motivating, and wants to see you improve. It is a little expensive, but if it’s a hobby you really enjoy or want to get into—whether you’re experienced or just starting out—I highly recommend it.

I took a class here, and while the trainers seemed quite nice, there are some suggestions that I'd like to post here: - drop in fee is 25$. While other facilities offer a free class or a free trial period, this gym does not appear to do either. - Even if you text them how many classes you plan to attend weekly and how much that would cost, they will not get into the specifics. Instead, they will respond by saying that most members get started between $108 and $189 monthly... but really think about this. That is a very, very broad estimate. Other gyms list a single price rather than listing a range, and out of all the critiques I have listed, this is perhaps the one that deterred me from pursuing a membership with them. - The class was a good workout, especially the warm-up. However, it may be too intense for people completely new to muay thai and brazilian jiujitsu. In regards to this, it would be extremely beneficial for the trainers to text new people an overview of what a class would look like and what will be accomplished within this class. Doing this may help new people feel less nervous and more prepared when attending a class. TLDR: Nice trainers and clean facility. Somewhat avoidant when it comes to membership pricing. Can be intimidating for people that are completely new to the programs they offer. EDIT: Oh and I saw that you guys replied to me below. Here is my reply to that: - yes you were upfront about the 25$ drop in fee, but other gyms offer free trials of classes first (fabin rosa bjj is a good example of this). - I agree that it can be hard to determine the exact package for every single person, but in my case i mentioned in our correspondence i wanted to take 2-3 classes per week. This would have been sufficient in determining an exact package, or alternatively, a more specific range of prices (Additionally, if you guys have so many packages, why are they not on the website?). Given this, it’s hard for me to believe you guys aren’t avoidant in terms of pricing. - I think you’re misunderstanding my point on the warming up. My argument is NOT that classes shouldnt involve warming up, but rather that it would be a good idea to notify beginners to the classes beforehand about the intensity of classes (because muay thai can be a very intense, very good workout). I was more or less kind of just… thrown in there? I didnt really know what to expect. - in hindsight, i can understand why two stars may seem harsh, considering instructors. Even so, more clarity could have been given on a) the pricing of packages b) the specific packages offered and c) how classes are organized. Seems like an OK gym, but I think there are better alternatives out there.

I was gonna do this but on my very first day, first lesson, 0 experience, i was getting hazed and bullied by the instructer with the beard. He cussed at me and told me that i didnt know how to listen. I feel like if im gonna pay 100s of dollars a month at least a little respect for me as a beginner.
