Training with Lance at Wolves Den is my first time dabbling in Jiu Jitsu and martial arts in general. It has been such a fun and enjoyable learning experience! Lance is an excellent coach. Very welcoming and patient. This could easily be an intimidating new hobby to learn, but Lance does a great job encouraging his students and making them feel comfortable. He is passionate and well studied in many different types of martial arts too, so you get a unique perspective and a one of a kind training experience that you just wouldnt get anywhere else. Highly recommend.

If your looking for a big gym with lots of people this would not be the one. However if your looking to improve your technique then this is a great gym to go to because you will get more one on one attention. The classes are around 4-5 people and you’ll able to drill drill and drill. Instructor is professional shows up on time and really knows the material if your looking for a great Japanese Jiu-Jit su style. If your looking for this type of gym where the focus is more on you and you don’t wish to joint a huge MMA gym with lots of people. Then this is a great place to work your skills if your shy or just not a huge crowd person.
