In my travels, I’ve visited gyms all over, and I have to say Crunch Fitness really stands out. Alex is an upstanding guy who goes above and beyond—professional, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to making this place better every day. You can tell he’s taking the gym to new heights with the energy and service he brings. Great atmosphere, great staff, and definitely one of the best gyms I’ve been to on the road

Shoutout to Carlos, Caesar, and the other staff members that were extremely hospitable today. I’m in town for a couple of days and needed a gym to train at for a few hours… these guys came in clutch and provided me with a great training experience. Would recommend!

The gym itself is extremely well-maintained with great equipment and staff that is overall friendly. However, the management at this particular location is basically non-existent and indifferent at best. I have sent a few emails regarding group training instructors using a microphone system that is obnoxiously and unnecessarily loud. The sound fills the entire gym yet nothing is done. I have never received an answer from anyone at this location regarding this issue. When I finally spoke to the "manager", the person could not be more indifferent and dismissive. He literally did not offer any feedback or help, only telling me that nothing can be done. I understand that this manager is no longer at this site, but when I ask who is the current manager at this site, no one can give me an answer- I am given an email that no one replies from. It is very disheartening to be a paying patron of a business and to not have suggestions and concerns heard. This issue regarding the volume of the microphone system used by trainers for group sessions has not only been brought up by me, but others (I have been told this). This is also off-putting when one considers the amount of staff who work at this location yet nothing about this issue can be done nor is this even looked into. It seems like the main priority here is to sign people up for personal training sessions and other issues, like this one, do not matter. Ultimately, this is a good gym at a great location, but the customer service is fake, indifferent and basically non-existent and this is a shame.

I am making this review as a mother of a college student. As many might know, the budget of many students is limited. However, students deserve to be mentally and physically fit. Deciding to pursue any degree can be stressful. My son recently signed up for what he believed was a college membership. He was told that as a student his membership would be free. However, this only applies to USF Medical students as we learned today. After realizing that he’d been charged, he went up to the location to figure out why. He spoke to a manager that explained that he was locked into a contract because he didn’t cancel within the buyer’s remorse window. Of course as a mother I had to call and express my frustration. We send our children out into this world, teaching them right from wrong and sometimes that wrong is done to them. I wanted to let this establishment know that what happened wasn’t right. I spoke to a manager named Edwin and I appreciated that he took responsibility for what happened and he wasn’t rude or condescending. It is for that reason I gave a two star review. Even though my son will need to keep the membership for two months, it is a lesson to be learned from. Always read anything a business presents to you before signing and don’t just trust because people unfortunately aren’t the same these days. Thank you for reading my review.

My contract clearly states that I have to provide a 10-day written notice of my intent to cancel (screenshot of proof). I cancelled on February 11th and was preemptively charged for my March 10th billing cycle. I’m now being told the policy is 30-days. My contract is very clearly not 30-days. Yet no one from management has had the courtesy of calling back someone who has been a member for 7-years. Nor can anyone send me a copy of my updated 30-day cancellation policy. It shows 10-days on my contract in email, on the app, and the website. Feels like a way to scam customers when they leave the gym.
