Could not think of better things to say about Coach Rich Galicia and the program he runs. Whether it’d be with the kids or the adult classes, he runs his operation with tremendous passion. If you’re looking to compete he’s definitely the right guy to have in your corner. If you’re new to the sport, the facility and classes offered are perfect for any skill level. All individuals aspire to make each other better here.

Excellent, quality training this is a gym that is primarily interested in one thing in that is bettering the individual coming in whether they compete or not. Most gyms charge exhorbitant fees for classes that no person could find the time to do. Here there is no scam no contracts just great people who want to share what they learned over their experience. Don't be fooled by lack of flair this is a gym where you work and I think in a lot of gyms thats lacking. However they are very kind and have zero tolerance for bullying or grandstanding. Everyone is there to improve, have fun and get better. Will definitely return!!

Love this place. I initially came for a good workout, was having trouble finding a kickboxing place I liked. I got more than I expected. I never thought I would enjoy sparring as much as I do. The coaches are great and so is the team. You will never leave here not learning something. Nor will you feel left out or nervous. Everyone works with you to show you things correctly.

Place was well organized. Owner down to earth and knows his stuff! This place was a great environment. I came here to organize a video shoot, and it made me want to start paying monthly for my training 🤣. Owner is very inviting and I got to watch them train before I spoke with him. I would recommend this place to anyone one who wants to learn how to defend themselves.

I went my first time yesterday and had an amazing experience. This is a small family owned business. Upon entry take note that you do have to go behind the first building and immediately you will see them on the left if you are coming in from the right . Clean , friendly, down to earth, aspiring, challenging nd respectful center. This is how it is at all times with one another on and off the mats . I didn't do the sparring class but participated in the cardio 6pm Thursday class. I did stay for about 20 minutes after to watch the sparring class and see that the same discipline, education and respect was still taking place. I would trust this center with bringing my 6 year old for a class in the future since they do offer a children's class. I would also as woman trust this center even if it was 1:4 w/m. If you are looking for a center that isn't bloated in ego, that is fun, simple to follow, human , clean , small, family oriented. Come here ! I am thankful I found them across Groupon and even happier with the fact that I paid for 3 classes....because after your first time you will be thinking about your next class. I want to add that I also live 30minutes away but I am personally happy to drive the distance to train here. Great for newbies and those who trained for awhile too. Thank you so much !!!
