Ingram's Karate Center

Our son has trained at this dojo for almost 10 years. It has been an incredible experience. The instructors are professional, supportive and motivating. My son has learned discipline and teamwork while building his confidence. Sensi Sheri has a heart for helping people achieve their full potential and Sensi Trey has gone out of his way to help our son succeed. The dojo is especially supportive of students with ADHD and ASD, creating an inclusive, structured environment where kids can truly thrive. We’ve seen tremendous growth in our son, both on and off the mat. We would highly recommend this dojo to any family.

Ingrams is a warm and encouraging place. It feels like a family dedicated to each other. Our son has been doing karate here for 10 years now, and it’s been amazing to see his growth. Ingrams is a special place. It’s true karate from Okinawa with a strong lineage, and they make it accessible and fun for all ages.

We could not be happier with this karate school! The senseis are truly exceptional—patient, motivating, and incredibly skilled. They don’t just teach karate; they teach respect, confidence, focus, and perseverance. Since enrolling, my child has grown—not only in physical strength and technique, but also in discipline and self-control. My child is more confident, more focused, and takes pride in working hard and improving. The atmosphere is welcoming and encouraging, and every student is treated with care and respect. You can tell the instructors genuinely care about each child’s growth and success, both on and off the mat. My son is very athletic but on the spectrum and we had a really hard time finding a sport he could focus on while being in a group but also independent. Joining Ingrams has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for him. He’s learned how to make direct eye contact, respect, discipline and is a great way for him to get his energy out. Every one of the senseis is so patient and encouraging with him. We’ve loved seeing his growth and owe so much to this dojo

We absolutely love the Ingram’s dojo 🥋 They’ve provide a safe and fun learning environment for our kids! I highly recommend them for after school care, camps, and karate classes! There’s always something to learn and it’s a joy watching them learn and grow!
