Martial Art West Tampa

My son started less than a month ago at the West Tampa location for afterschool, and it has been the best decision we could have made. He is 5 years old, in kindergarten, and has learned so much already. At home, he even trains by himself — he knows how to stand and get into position just like the Taekwondo fighters. He comes home full of energy and wakes up excited every morning because he knows he’s going to Taekwondo in the afternoons. He absolutely adores his teachers, especially Mr. Jorge. The discipline, respect, posture, and confidence they are teaching him is something I had never seen before. Mr. Jorge treats him with so much kindness and respect. They truly value each student and understand that everyone is different. My husband and I are beyond happy that we enrolled our son here. Thank you!

This is an amazing place to teach children about development and discipline. The encouragement the instructor gives the children and the dedication to each of the students is priceless.

Best extracurricular activity we've chosen for our child! He loves the program. We've tried many sports and activities, Taekwondo is the only one he has chosen to stick with. The instructor Jorge is a such a genuine person and leads by example. He teaches discipline and self-control, but also loves having fun with the children! He mixes up the lessons with fun games. I've seen a change in my child since he's started this program and I'm excited to see his confidence grow and achieve his goals. This center offers after school programs and day camps when school is out too! Our son is counting down the days until summer camp starts.

Jorge is so knowledgeable and an incredible teacher, very patient. Programs are great for the kids and the adults, a great exercise. If you’re looking for another extra curricular or hobby, this is it!

We brought our son Roman from Westchase to this wonderful summer camp, and he was absolutely happy there. It’s very sad that we had to leave the country, but this place and the amazing teacher made a lasting impression on our hearts. As my son said — it was the best teacher ever!
