Gavin is so professional and sweet! Our daughter who is 3 absolutely enjoyed going to class definitely benefited from the few months that she was there. She always asked to see Gavin do not hesitate to send your children or start them out of young age. I would recommend this to anybody. It definitely gets younger kids out of their shell. I’m sad we have to take her out because we’re moving and I know I’m not going to find another teacher as sweet him.

My little 5 year olds has been going to traditional taekwondo for a while at another place. So we were looking for something else that can incorporate more of a variety and I am so glad we found Platinum martial arts. Coach Gavin is the best. We love how he can get the kids attention and teach them to be focused and be respectful. Coach Gavin does incorporate so much more other things. Each class is never the same and that’s what we love. The kids love it too and it’s fun to watch them learn and have so much fun. Highly recommended

Platinum Martial Arts in Oldsmar is absolutely phenomenal! Coach Gavin is nothing short of inspiring—he has a natural way of connecting with every child and somehow remembers every single name in class. His energy is contagious, and every session is both fun and engaging. My son looks forward to every single class (we’ve never had a “I don’t want to go” moment), and that’s all thanks to Coach Gavin’s dedication and passion. He makes learning martial arts exciting while also teaching discipline, respect, and confidence—qualities I’ve seen grow tremendously in my child since we started here. Coach Gavin’s professionalism and genuine love for what he does really shines through.
