Signature Punch Training Center

I started there about 7 months ago with my two younger sons and we are very pleased with the facility. Excellent staff and very friendly. The trainers and their knowledge is phenomenal and it literally has become our second home. We love it and would recommend this place to anyone.

They will continue to charge you EVEN if you send emails, call, and do EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO CANCEL! YALL WACK

I called in to close my account and had no issues, at first. Even though I was told that everything was fine and my account was closed; I was then charged $70 the following month. Due to this I had to make another call where I was told my account was intact and never closed. Due to this I had to go through the process of closing my account AGAIN. Along with that, I was never refunded this money. Overall, I am highly disappointed in management.

Disclaimer - this is my a review based on my experience at this GYM. I attended this GYM for approximately 2 months and decided it was best to pause due to sanitary conditions and my health. I ended Jan 10th 2022 with the owner directly in which he stated with his own words that he would pause my payments. Several months later July 4th I began seeing charges coming from them directly after my quarterly business check-ins. I called and figured it might of been a mistake. Called them since 9AM and was taken for a spin. Approx. 4PM I had the chance to speak to the owner again who completely disregarded my concern and made no attempts to reimburse all charges. He instead said "do whatever you want to do..." This for me was a red flag. It's unfortunate. You may experience something different upon entering. This was my experience at this GYM. And do not plan on returning. Total charges near $500.

This place makes money off of people without you even being aware. They apparently dont even know who comes in and out of the location. When disputing some charges they couldnt even tell me if my son walked in or not. Which he has not. Then Jody proceeds to tell me he went in July but theres no record of it. So how do they even know who walks in and out? Nice to know how this place makes it money. Don't waste your time here!!!
