Tampa Bay Tang Soo Do Center

My 5 year old son has been attending Tang Soo Do for almost a year and a half now and it has been a wonderful outlet for all his energy. He has learned how to harness and use his strength, has made some wonderful friendships and I’ve seen a big boost of confidence! Great place and absolutely wonderful and friendly instructors who truly care about the kids. Thank you GM Baird, Master Baird, and all the instructors.

Master Baird's Tampa Bay Tang Soo Do Center is fantastic! You have the chance to learn authentic, traditional Korean martial arts from an instructor with over 40 years of experience. Master Baird is an 8th Degree Black Belt who is passionate about his school and his students and who takes the time to teach students of all levels from beginner to advanced. His attention to detail is impeccable and will help guide any student to reach new potential. I am very fortunate to be able to train here and would recommend this school to anyone who is interested in learning from a true master.

Tampa Bay Tang Soo Do Center is an amazing place for people of all ages. The instructors are apways patient, encouraging, and dedicated to helping every student. From a young child just starting out or an adult looking to get active, the classes are welcoming and supportive. Great environment, great energy, and a great community. I'm not sure what the other review talking about, they always are able to be contacted.

Okay I'm being gracious here because we were both interested in taking a class ,my wife and myself at this place. Unfortunately something happened where the instructor wasn't there this past saturday. I contacted The grandmaster and he was not in that day and his instructor didn't show on time and I was going to wait a few more minutes but my wife didn't want to wait anymore. It was almost eleven am and we drove all the way to the school to learn or try to get a feel for this school. The place is in a good location and I'm sure they have a good product to offer.. perhaps the owner just needs to get some more instructors to help him keep the place afloat. So unfortunately we could not even check out the place as a possible martial arts school to attend.

Is this place still in business? I have called, emailed, and stopped by and not talked to a single person yet about getting my daughter signed up. I'd love to turn this into a 5-star review but they don't call or email back.
