Victory Martial Arts Academy Ruskin

A friend recommended victory to me and it's been the best decision for my daughter. She loves going and she loves all of the teachers. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Thank you Victory for giving my daughter extra confidence to stand up for herself and others.

It’s coming on about a little more than five years since I have known and experienced what Victory Martial Art is all about as a student and as a parent to two wonderful children. It first started with their children program, which is the Little Dragon, progressing to the afterschool program and the Adult classes. I have also been to some of their pop-up community sessions, such as self-defense and introduction to other meaningful seminars. Now, I am involved with homeschooling. It’s clear to state that along with the times, I’ve seen some things that I am going to point out. I can sincerely say that the V.M.A. of Ruskin has grown profoundly professional and steadily improved personally with their work ethics. They stand firmly on what they believe and without compromising who they are as a business. Beware, they are direct and to the point ,but that’s a good thing in my books. If you find yourself wanting an explanation, you will get it. They have worked with my family on so many levels , for instance , financially, as parental support and encouragement. I can see V.MA not just supporting their students’ families , but also helping their community. Go to the schools or go to the park , they will know who you are talking about no matter which location you are referring to (Apollo, Riverview, or Lithia) . They honestly run their organizations as a functional family, although not perfect. You won’t be surprised by their continual progress, dedication to their students, families, and community. Just look at their growth throughout South Hillsborough County. So, yeah, this location is great and disciplined.

My daughter has been going to victory since she was 6 years old, she is now 15. We have never had any issues with them, they are almost like her second home. Her safety has never been a concern at any point in time. They have also taught her confidence, self defense, discipline and much more. Her sister is also enrolled at victory as well to hopefully follow in her footsteps. Thank y'all very much.

We love Victory Martial Arts! We use the after school program and the summer camp. They are always so clear in their instructions to the kids which makes the kids feel secure and allows them to have fun within the clear boundaries. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this dojo since it's opened (Both my brother and mom as well) And I love this dojo. I started at Apollo, but i think this dojo is still amazing. I have helped clean, monitor the kids, etc. It has always and will always be fun there. I am currently a Brown Belt as of writing this. And I have went through multiple Sensei's to get to where i am at now. I am glad to say Sensei Brad and Sensei Josh have been my favorite and best Sensei's ever. It's always a great time there!
