Black Belt, National Champion, Senior Instructor with Illinois Shotokan Karate Clubs

Training since 1985. National champion by age 10, black belt at 13. Has trained in Shotokan Karate, Iai (Japanese sword), Cha-no-yu (tea ceremony), kung fu at Shaolin temple, and experienced judo and kendo in Japan.
