Bangkok Fitness has been an amazing facility. The atmosphere is inclusive and everyone is courteous and respectful. The mats, pads and bags are well kept and clean. I'm grateful for the guidance of all the coaches. Their experience shows in the structure of each class. There is a good balance between foundational techniques and advanced skills, and physical conditioning and mental discipline. I feel driven to push myself past my own limitations and look forward to growth and self-empowerment; sharpening my skills and improving my fitness.

I came to Atlanta for a short trip and wanted to find an authentic Muay Thai gym. There were many people to choose from but only a few that looked genuinely authentic. The coaching staff and head owner understand the culture and want to bring true authentic Muay Thai to the US! They cater to all levels and the people that go to the gym know how to spar correctly if you’ve ever been to gyms in Thailand (iykyk). I wish I could have stayed a bit longer but if you want to learn proper technique and not just spend money for some basic bag combinations, come to this gym! It will be well worth it!

Boxing and Muay Thai are new to me, and I feel like this is a very welcoming and respectful environment. I worked with Coach Devin over the Summer and am now working with Coach Alex, and I'm looking forward to continuing to train with both. If the class schedules work for you and you're looking for a challenging / rewarding experience, I fully recommend Bangkok Boxing Midtown.

The best -and only- gym if you want to receive real Muay Thai kickboxing training or if you are looking for some serious high-intensity training for fitness/fun. The owner (Master Khunpon) and coach Lamsongkram ("Lam") are former Thai World Champions and it shows. I've attended kickboxing classes for close to a decade at different gyms, in different states, and this one is by far the BEST. Kickboxing is an incredibly fun sport, so don't let it deter you if you've never done it before. If you stick with it, your fitness will become evident. Everyone at the gym is so friendly and welcoming, and they've accommodated some private lessons for my young children too. The mats are kept clean. I attend only the fitness kickboxing classes with coach Lam or coach Devin due to my schedule, but they offer a great combination of bag and pad work, calisthenics and small hand weights every now and then. All I need to stay in shape! However, if you are looking to spar with others you'll need to join the Muay Thai classes.

I’ve only been coming to this gym for a few weeks now and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience so far. As a novice to Muay Thai, I’ve really enjoyed training with Coach Lam since he has shown a lot of patience teaching me the basics but continues to push me past my limits. The gym is also large and always really clean and organized. I’m really glad I signed up and committed to this experience and I think I picked the perfect gym to start my Muay Thai training.
