About

Bangkok Boxing Fitness offers comprehensive training in MMA and Muay Thai with a roster of world-class coaches. Head coach Khunpon Dechkampu brings legendary Muay Thai expertise as a four-time world champion, while other instructors include former champions like Lamsongkram Chuwattana and Arnaldo Carreno, along with specialized coaches in boxing, kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The gym provides structured classes that cater to both beginners and experienced fighters, focusing on technique development and intense physical conditioning. Members report transformative training sessions where coaches like Craig push them to new limits with challenging workouts that leave them drenched in sweat while building solid fundamentals. The gym operates with appointment-based introductory classes, which some prospective members find inconvenient, and requires careful attention to membership terms as contracts are year-long with specific cancellation procedures. Those who commit appreciate the high-quality instruction and rigorous workouts that deliver noticeable skill improvement.

reviewsWhat Members Say

Members consistently praise the exceptional coaching quality, particularly highlighting Coach Craig's ability to push beginners to their limits while teaching proper technique. Multiple reviews mention leaving classes drenched in sweat with significantly improved boxing skills and a clear understanding of their progress. However, some express frustration with the appointment-only policy for introductory classes and significant concerns about the year-long membership contracts, with one member describing a complicated cancellation process requiring extensive documentation or substantial fees.

My experience was good and I recommend that gym and I have two questions, how much do boxing classes cost and what payment options are there? And my second question is do they make boxers debut, for example, in amateur or professional?

Came in one Saturday morning to as a beginner boxer and nothing could have prepared me the workout I had next. Coach Craig (the boxing coach), put me a through a series of boxing workouts, techniques, and combos. I left knowing a strong amount of technique, and still left the class dripping in sweat. I left knowing where I was as a boxer and how much more I had to improve. I will 100% be coming back because Coach Craig is a real coach, and I have a lot more to learn

I got turned away because apparently you cannot have an intro class without booking an appointment, and it cannot be same day. I thought this was a gym, not a doctor’s office 🤷
