Just dropped in while traveling for work. Very nice guys to train with. All types of sizes and belts to roll with. Many upper belts. Everyone had really good control and that is much appreciated!

I did a drop in there the past weekend. It was awesome. Great instruction, lots of hard rolls, super clean facility. Will definitely be my go to when I’m in the area again.

I highly recommend Borges BJJ! Friendly atmosphere, tons of classes, and high level instructors. Coaches will work with you to achieve your goals whether it’s for fitness, fun, or competing. The classes work well together so that the whole family can work out and train at the same time. As a working mom, I know it can be hard to coordinate kids schedules and still find time to work out. Kids can train BJJ or MMA and moms can fit in a great kickboxing workout too! It’s a spacious academy with clean facilities. Staff are welcoming and professional.

I just started doing jj and I was really hesitant because of the people that I have seen hurt at other schools. Beto, and all the coaches, are the best. Theyre very patient and welcoming to newbies like me. The crowd they have there is also great and not trying to hurt anyone. Its a great place to learn. I am so happy that I found this place and excited to try a new sport!

My daughter takes classes here 3 times a week and I can't say enough good things about this place. Coach Beto is amazing, yes it's wonderful that he knows so much and is so experienced in the actual techniques and all... but as a momma, the thing that impresses me the most is the way he is with the kids, it will just warm your heart. He treats all the kids like they are his, he pays special attention to each child. He plays with them and teaches them at the same time, he commands their attention without having to yell because the kids respect him. Walk in there right before any kids class and you're sure to see the kids piling on him in the middle of the mat. But then when it's time to get down to business... they do. They don't teach watered down versions or just have kids watch videos.... he teaches them the techniques, they practice them with a partner, and then they actually spar (roll) against one another. It makes me feel so much better knowing my little girl will know what to do should someone attack her. Thank you so much guys, you'll never know how much piece of mind you give me!
