Came to take a self defense class as part of their community outreach and would highly recommend! I had a great time and learned so much they will definitely see me again when I save for classes. I even broke a board in my first class. Very pleased with their encouragement as well as stern words to keep you engaged.

Amazing experience! I recently attended the woman’s self defense class. The instructors were supportive, the techniques were practical, and the energy in the room was empowering. I left feeling confident, capable, and stronger than when I walked in. Every woman should take this class!

I first met Master Brown four years ago and since then we have worked together to make a difference in the Atlanta metro community. Under Dr. Brown's leadership the staff of Crossland Karate teaches a number of martial arts disciplines and techniques. Children are provided a learning environment with professional martial artists who instill morals and values in students while instructing students of all ages how to defend themselves. I would recommend this program to serious students who want to learn from the 2010 - 2018 (8 years in a row) Best of Atlanta's for Best Martial Arts program.

I attended an intro women's self defense class. The instructors were well knowledged. There was a respectful neighborly-family like atmosphere.
